Coordinator - Health Surveillance - HSE (Part Time)

We are currently looking for a Coordinator - Health Surveillance working in our HSE Assurance and Workplace Division.

The position will be working on a Part Time, 9 Month Fixed Term Basis (22 hours per week) from our Head Office in Basingstoke.

Salary based on a Full Time Equivalent.

The Role

Your responsibilities will be to provide high quality administration and coordination to ensure that SNG's Health Surveillance (HS) requirements are delivered to support colleagues.

Liaise between the Occupational Health provider and SNG stakeholders under the direction of the HSE Manager - Operations to coordinate the required booking appointments identified in the Health Surveillance (HS) program.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support and coordination to ensure effective delivery of the Health Surveillance program and associated HSE projects
  • Organise and coordinate arrangements to support the core delivery of Health Surveillance (HS) program
  • Organise and coordinate arrangements to support health surveillance appointments and scheduling with stakeholders
  • Maintain oversight of appointment requirements to related to HS requests against appropriate recording system to ensure tracking
  • Ensure timely review of action reminders and reviews against the HS tracker
  • Understand basic knowledge of workday finance system to back charge non- attendance
  • Attend team meetings as required for wider involvement in the HSE team
