You will need to be highly creative and organised with good storytelling skills. You will have the ability to take an innovative, ambitious and imaginative approach to developing outstanding content ideas.
As well as researching blue-chip animal behaviour sequences we need good team players to work alongside existing Producers, Assistant Producers and other researchers.

• A strong interest in clear written storytelling, ideally with the demonstrated skill of turning scientific ideas and discoveries into accessible and interesting stories for the public.
• The ability to work independently but also with great teamworking skills and ability to forge relationships with external partners (eg scientists and conservation groups).
• You should have experience working on behaviour-led landmark Natural History series' for a mainstream audience with a track record of finding new, emotionally engaging behavioural stories for television.
• You will need to be highly organised with the ability to collaborate and communicate with a large team, but also with the confidence to work well independently.
