The Loss Prevention technology team’s mission is simple: Help Tesco to sell more and lose less.
As Lead Product Manager for Loss Prevention technology, you will lead a team of 5 Product Managers within a broader organisation of 30+ engineers, data scientists and analysts.
You will set direction, align teams, and scale the impact of our platform product. You will make smart interventions available to any customer or colleague touchpoint. You will shape platform capabilities across investigation, decisioning and operational systems using APIs and distributed platforms, data and decisioning systems, machine learning, computer vision, hardware devices, and AI agent-based systems.
You will lead through others, developing the capabilities of your Product Managers and aligning a broad ecosystem of stakeholders. You are accountable for ensuring the system works end-to-end — connecting teams, prioritising effectively, and delivering scalable capabilities with measurable impact.
