What you will do:
• Own and manage a portfolio of retail and business deposit products, ensuring strong customer and commercial outcomes.
• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, engaging stakeholders to drive business objectives.
• Monitor product performance, pricing and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
• Lead product governance activities, including new product approvals, enhancements and annual product reviews.
• Ensure effective management of product risks, with a focus on customer outcomes, conduct risk and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate product-related incidents, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions where required.
• Leverage customer insights, market intelligence and competitor analysis to enhance the product proposition.
• Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver successful product outcomes and strategic initiatives.

What you will need:
• Strong product management and product development experience, with the ability to shape and enhance customer propositions.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of product governance, risk management and conduct requirements, ensuring effective oversight of product portfolios.
• Good understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on retail and business banking products.
