Lead Digital Analyst
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.

• Strong Adobe Analytics skills and understanding of web analytics. Experience of Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) or CJA in previous roles preferable, but not required.
• Working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and understanding how to contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle. Being able to influence and drive innovation without authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you must be able to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Several years of experience in analytics positions.
• Expert use of digital analytics and visualisation tools for big data analysis.
• Statistical modelling and analytics techniques.
