Agency Business Analyst - TikTok LIVE - London

Responsibilities

The Regional LIVE Operation Strategy Team leads various cross-functional projects. Our key initiatives include developing strategic plans to drive widespread adoption of LIVE at scale among creators, localizing new product features, creating user engagement strategies, ensuring a positive creator experience through education on the Community Guidelines and best practices, and providing ad hoc analysis and support to cross-functional partners. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic LIVE team. In this role, you'll uncover insights and deliver data-driven recommendations that directly impact how we grow and support our creator ecosystem. You'll work cross-functionally with product, strategy, and operations teams to shape our growth priorities using data and analytical thinking. Responsibilities: - Leverage data analysis, market research, and business insights to identify opportunities for improving livestreaming operational efficiency across creators, campaigns, agencies/guilds, and other key areas. - Develop and drive the implementation of operational strategies based on analysis findings. - Collaborate with country teams to explore and iterate creator and agency/guild operation strategies, follow up on performance analysis, and promote the scalable replication of successful strategies.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Economics, or other related fields. - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations and commercial analysis, strategy operations and analysis, or strategy roles within the technology industry. - Clear logical thinking and strong data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and other relevant tools. - Strong business understanding and judgement, with a high sense of responsibility, independence, and adaptability. - Fluent in English to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders. Preferred Qualification: - Experience in livestreaming or short-form video is preferred.
