Examinations Assistant x2

London, UK Hybrid Full Time
Salary: £26,869 to £29,182 Annually

THE ROLE

We are recruiting for two Examinations Assistant roles to join the Examinations Team within the Professional Standards Department. These are excellent opportunities for organised, customer-focused individuals to join a supportive and collaborative Examinations Team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality assessments for our candidates.

Both positions require excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to manage a varied workload.

As Examinations Assistant (Theory), you will be the first point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and responsive service as you process applications, answer enquiries, and support the smooth delivery of both written and clinical examinations. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the candidate experience.

As Examinations Assistant (Head of Exams), you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of the Clinical Assessment of Skills and Competencies (CASC), while also providing dedicated administrative support to the Head of Exams. From supporting the examinations appeal process, coordinating meetings and preparing minutes to managing communications and helping ensure key activities run efficiently, this role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of examination processes and senior stakeholder engagement.

In your Cover Letter, please indicate whether you have a preference between the two roles. - Candidates can apply for both roles.
