Junior Property Project Associate - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Property Project Associate to join our Property team. This is a structured rotational graduate opportunity designed to provide broad exposure across Tesco Property Development and Engineering, giving you hands-on experience supporting the planning, delivery and performance of major property and distribution centre projects.
You'll work alongside experienced project professionals and technical specialists, gaining valuable insight into the full project lifecycle, from concept and planning through to delivery and operational handover. As part of your development, you'll receive structured training and support towards achieving RICS or CIOB chartership, helping you build a rewarding long-term career within Property.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the built environment who wants to develop their project management, construction and property expertise while working on projects that make a real impact across Tesco's estate.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.

- Supporting the delivery of large-scale construction, property development and distribution centre projects.
- Assisting project teams with planning, programme management and project coordination activities.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and third-party partners to support successful project outcomes.
- Helping to monitor project progress, identify risks and support issue resolution.
- Supporting project reporting, governance and assurance activities.
- Assisting with the management of project documentation, records and compliance requirements.
- Supporting adherence to Tesco standards, statutory obligations and health and safety requirements.
- Building your professional capability through structured learning, development opportunities and progress towards RICS or CIOB chartership.
- A degree, or expected degree, in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Property, Engineering or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in the built environment, property development and construction project delivery.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Good numerical, analytical and report-writing capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- A collaborative approach, strong teamwork skills and the potential to develop into a future leader.
- Willingness to travel to Tesco sites across the UK.
