Salary: £41,543 starting salary p/a, prorated to 28 hours, plus excellent benefits package

The Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) is the world's leading professional body for structural engineering. Our global membership designs many of the world's most iconic buildings, bridges and infrastructure, shaping the places where millions of people live and work.
We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Content Producer to develop strategies that increase engagement, strengthen our digital presence and support organisational objectives. This is a practical role for someone who combines strategic thinking with outstanding content creation skills and a proven track record of driving audience growth through high-performing digital campaigns.
You'll lead the planning and delivery of audience-focused, data-driven content across video, podcasts, audio articles, editorial and social media channels. Using insight, analytics and platform expertise, you'll create content that cuts through, optimising content and channel performance and identifying opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
From content planning and campaign management to producing social-first content, you'll play a central role in how we engage members, build communities and tell stories that demonstrate the impact of structural engineers.

The Role
As the Institution’s Digital Content Producer, you'll lead the creation and scheduling of compelling content across our digital and social channels, helping to grow the Institution's global profile and engage audiences around the world. Working with members, industry experts and colleagues across the globe, you'll combine creativity, storytelling and analytics to deliver high-impact strategies and campaigns, grow our digital communities and develop content that inspires, informs and delivers measurable results.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
- Proven experience delivering high-performing social media and content strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital content production, including extensive experience in scripting, shooting, editing and producing video content.
- Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS).
Experience of line management and with project management systems (e.g. Wrike) would be advantageous.
