What you will do:
• Lead the strategy, development and optimisation of Business Current Account propositions, delivering innovative solutions for business customers
• Shape and launch new products while enhancing existing offerings to drive customer value and commercial growth
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Marketing, Operations and Risk to deliver successful product outcomes
• Own business cases, track performance metrics and maximise benefits through data-driven decision making
• Take responsibility for a portfolio of Business Current Accounts and lead strategic business deposits initiatives
• Drive commercial performance, customer experience, risk management and long-term product planning
• Act as the Business Current Accounts subject matter expert, influencing change and representing the product across the organisation
• Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs through research, insights and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

What you will need:
• Proven ability to take products from insight and concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience building business cases, conducting detailed analysis and delivering accurate forecasts
• Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives and risk considerations
• Exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex topics, influence senior stakeholders and drive pragmatic outcomes
• Experienced in coaching and mentoring product teams, leading by example and embedding best practice product management disciplines
