Dance East

Trusts & Foundations Manager

Ipswich, UK Hybrid Part Time
Salary: £21,000 Annually
0.6 FTE , pro-rata to £35,000

The Trusts & Foundations Manager will oversee DanceEast’s funding pipeline, prepare and submit applications, report to funders, and manage relationships. Working closely with the Head of Communications & Development, the post-holder will set plans, identify and pursue key prospects, and steward funders, to achieve an annual fundraising target.

The Trusts & Foundations Manager will build on DanceEast’s strong track record of securing investment from grant givers and will inherit a mixed pipeline of new opportunities and existing relationships. The post-holder will join at an exciting time for DanceEast, as the organisation finalises a new business plan, which is already supported by a lead gift from which the organisation can build further investment.

We are looking for an experienced Trusts & Foundation Manager, with demonstrable success in raising funds from various sources including individuals, trusts, and foundations, to work alongside the Head of Communications & Development and lead a complementary portfolio of fundraising activities. The post would suit a fundraiser who wants to be at the heart of driving change at one of the UK’s most vibrant, impactful, and established dance organisations.

While we are seeking an established fundraiser, we are also open to applications from individuals who do not have experience in fundraising, but do have a track record in a relevant sector and can demonstrate transferrable skills.
