development and delivery of effective regulatory solution
• Regulatory Reporting Transformation - Support the delivery of strategic regulatory reporting transformation initiatives,
including Basel 3.1, by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing risks and dependencies, supporting testing and
implementation, driving process and system improvements, and helping define future-state operating models that enhance
automation, controls and reporting efficiency
• Data and Systems Change - Support data and systems change initiatives by analysing business requirements, data flows
and reporting platforms, improving data quality, and delivering effective regulatory reporting solutions
• Infrastructure & Strategic Programmes - Support the delivery of strategic infrastructure and regulatory change
programmes, partnering with stakeholders to drive effective implementation, process improvements and business outcomes
• Vendor & Third-Party Management - Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of
regulatory change initiatives through effective oversight of deliverables, risks, dependencies and issue resolution
• Stakeholder Management - Build and manage effective stakeholder relationships across the business, providing clear
communication, governance reporting and delivery oversight to support the successful implementation of regulatory change
initiatives
• Governance Documentation & Knowledge Management - Maintain robust governance and documentation standards by
recording key decisions and regulatory interpretations, ensuring audit readiness, promoting knowledge sharing, and reducing
