Within Commercial Product, myProduct: Induct is where Tesco’s product data starts to become customer value. It helps products move from setup to sale by improving speed, quality and reliability, while reducing complexity for colleagues, suppliers and partners.
This is a rare opportunity to shape one of the core product data capabilities that enables Tesco to bring products to customers faster, with better data, less complexity and stronger foundations for the future of retail.
This role matters because better induction means products can reach customers faster, with more complete and trusted data, stronger governance and less operational friction. It connects commercial ambition with the product data foundations needed to support growth, improve colleague and supplier experiences, and enable more intelligent, scalable retail capabilities.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of your product area, working closely with engineering, UX, data, operations, commercial and market teams to deliver measurable value for Tesco, colleagues, suppliers and customers.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, outcome-focused and excited by the role trusted product information plays in modern retail. You’ll need to have demonstrated experience of:
Shaping product strategy, roadmaps and priorities in a complex environment.
Applying strong product craft across discovery, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement.
Working confidently with engineering, UX, data, operations and commercial stakeholders.
Turning complex problems into clear priorities, decisions and user-centred solutions.
Using data and insight to measure impact and guide prioritisation.
Communicating clearly and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
This is a role for someone who wants to shape a product capability that matters at retail scale - helping Tesco launch products faster, improve trust in product data and build the foundations for more intelligent product experiences
