Black@Kearney Emerging Consultants Program 2026

This year, Black@Kearney welcomed 20 exceptional penultimate-year students from universities including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, and Warwick to our London office for our Emerging Consultants Programme.

Over two days, participants gained first-hand insight into consulting through: 
• Interactive workshops
• Case interview preparation
• Networking with Kearney consultants and leaders
• A live consulting case challenge


The programme doesn't end there. Selected students will continue their journey through a year-long development programme, receiving mentoring, CV support, interview coaching, and opportunities to work on impactful projects alongside Kearney consultants.

Over the past four years, the initiative has supported more than 110 students, helping them build the skills, confidence, and networks needed to succeed in consulting and beyond.

We're excited to be exhibiting at the Black Graduate Careers Conference at Imperial College London on 26 June.

The event brings together students, graduates, and leading employers for a day of:
• Career talks and panel discussions
• Skills and professional development workshops
• Networking opportunities
• An exhibitor hall where you can meet recruiters and professionals from a range of organisations
